食道空腸吻合がすべて鏡視下で行える！

腹腔鏡補助下胃全摘術（LATG)における食道空腸吻合が、サーキュラーステイプラーを用いて、開腹手術と同様の手順ですべて鏡視下で行えます。

トロカーを装着したENDO-PSI(Ⅱ)を剣状突起下の10mmトロカー創より直接挿入し、食道巾着縫合及び食道切離を行います。

In case of laparoscopic reconstruction after laparoscopy assisted total gastrectomy, when using a circular stapler you can easily apply the purse string suture and transection of the esophagus by inserting istrument, the "ENDO-PSI(Ⅱ)" into the abdominal cavity through a trocar wound and by extracorporeally manipulating it under laparoscopy.
